NivoPage provides a single-page business landing page designed to act as a digital visiting card. NivoPage is not a full multi-page website, website builder, or custom web development service. The service is limited to creating and hosting a single-page business profile using a standard professional template.

All NivoPages are created using one fixed template. Custom designs, layout changes, color changes, animations, or structural modifications are not offered under any circumstances. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your page will follow the standard NivoPage design.

The service is offered at a one-time fee of ₹998, which covers the creation and lifetime hosting of your NivoPage. “Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the NivoPage platform and service. NivoPage does not charge any monthly or yearly subscription fees.

Any changes or updates requested after the initial page creation will be charged separately. Each update request is charged at ₹200, regardless of the size or type of change. Updates include, but are not limited to, changes in contact details, address, business description, images, links, or working hours.

NivoPage does not provide self-editing access to customers. All updates must be requested through official communication channels and will be processed by the NivoPage team.

After you submit your business details, NivoPage will create your landing page within an estimated timeframe of 24 to 48 working hours. This timeline is an estimate and may vary depending on workload, holidays, or incomplete information provided by the customer.

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of all content provided to NivoPage, including text, images, logos, and links. NivoPage is not responsible for verifying ownership, trademarks, copyrights, or legal compliance of the submitted content.

NivoPage reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove any page or content that is illegal, misleading, offensive, harmful, violates intellectual property rights, or damages the reputation of the platform, without prior notice or refund.

Once a NivoPage has been created and delivered, refunds are not provided. Since this is a digital service, cancellation requests will not be eligible for refunds.

NivoPage may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, payment processing, and communication. We are not responsible for service interruptions, downtime, or failures caused by third-party providers.

NivoPage does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific business results. We are not responsible for any loss of business, revenue, data, or reputation arising from the use of our service.

NivoPage reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service or these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of NivoPage services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
