NivoPage provides a single-page business landing page service designed to act as a digital visiting card. The service includes the creation and hosting of one business landing page using a standard professional template decided by NivoPage.

All NivoPages are created using the same fixed template. NivoPage does not offer custom designs, layout changes, color changes, font changes, animations, or structural modifications. By using the service, you agree that your page will follow the standard design without exceptions.

The one-time payment covers only the initial creation and hosting of the NivoPage. It does not include unlimited edits or ongoing management. Any change requested after the initial page delivery is treated as an update.

Each update request is charged at ₹200. An update includes, but is not limited to, changes in business name, phone number, address, working hours, description, images, links, social media handles, or location. Multiple changes requested together will be treated as a single update request, while separate requests made at different times will be charged separately.

NivoPage does not provide self-editing access. All updates must be requested through official communication channels and will be completed by the NivoPage team to maintain consistency and quality across all pages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and complete business information. NivoPage is not responsible for verifying the authenticity, ownership, trademarks, or legality of the content provided by the customer.

NivoPage reserves the right to refuse, modify, suspend, or remove any content or page that contains illegal, misleading, offensive, harmful, or copyrighted material, or that violates applicable laws or platform standards, without prior notice or refund.

NivoPage may use third-party tools and services for hosting, analytics, communication, and infrastructure. Temporary downtime, maintenance, or service interruptions may occur, and NivoPage does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

The “lifetime” hosting offered refers to the operational lifetime of the NivoPage platform. NivoPage reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features, services, or pricing in the future.

By using the NivoPage service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Policy in full.
