You accept that all content provided by you, including text, images, logos, and links, is your responsibility and must comply with applicable laws and content guidelines. NivoPage is not responsible for verifying the legality, accuracy, or ownership of submitted content.
You acknowledge that small, non-intrusive advertisements may be displayed on your NivoPage as part of the service and that advertisements cannot be removed or customized.
You agree that your business landing page will be publicly accessible and that any information you choose to display will be visible to visitors.
You agree that any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of NivoPage services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
