No refunds will be issued for change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, dissatisfaction with design preferences, delays caused by incomplete information, business closure, or any other reason.

The one-time payment covers only the creation and hosting of the standard NivoPage as described on the website at the time of purchase. It does not include future updates, custom design requests, or additional services.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal attempts raised without prior communication with NivoPage may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal of the associated NivoPage, without any obligation for reinstatement or refund.
